Automatic Beam spot welding assembling machines horizontal type

 

I Beam submerged ARC Welding and Assembly machine is a special equipment for assembling and welding the middle partition plate of BOX beam. When the partition plate is assembled, the cylinder pressure position is used, then spot welding or welding is carried out, one side is welded and then the other side is welded through the electric flip table 180o. Then turn the table over to the level, and release the cylinder to unload the work. The pneumatic control elements used in the machine are imported products, the flip motor is electromagnetic brake motor, and is driven by worm gear and worm, so as to ensure that the worktable can be accurately stopped and self-locked at any position.

 

This machine is mainly composed of walking gantry, supporting table, conveying roller table, hydraulic system and electric control system, etc. It is mainly used for U-shaped and box-shaped assembly in the assembly of box beams (columns). The workpiece is placed on multiple rollers. On the workpiece platform composed of the gantry, the upper and side pressure cylinders on the walking gantry are used to compress the web and wing plates of the workpiece, and the compressed parts are spot welded. The entire length of the workpiece is moved through the gantry. Spot welding is implemented inside. After spot welding, the workpiece is transported by the conveyor roller table to the next bottom welding process or electroslag welding process.

Structural overview:

The device uses its flip function to achieve the purpose of work. The drive process is to drive the worm gear reducer with the deceleration motor, which makes the worktable turn over and the turning angle is ±180 o. The flipping motor is an electromagnetic brake motor, which can be controlled by pedal switch and stop at any position.

The compression of the workpiece is pneumatic. When working, the top extension of the piston rod of the cylinder pushes the compression rod to rotate the compressed workpiece, and then it begins to flip the welding. The worktable is equipped with a positioning device, which can move the positioning device on the table according to the different workpiece size. In order to ensure the accurate positioning of the BOX beam diaphragm assembly, and to ensure that the welding does not produce deformation.
