YQPJ1500 H-Beam Bridge beam Assembling Welding Straightening Machine
H beam manufacturing machine assembly - Welding - straightening can be symmetric and non symmetric section production H type and T type beam.
This assembly straightening and welding integrated machine can complete the following steps: initial H-shaped steel beam assembly and final assembly, welding submerged arc butt beams in a vertical state, and beam (mushroom) welding deformation correction.
Equipped with automatic assembly machine.
The H-type assembly welding circulatory system can reduce the consumption of light beam and flux and realize automatic production mode. By adjusting the speed of the beam in the program monitor, the quality of the weld is guaranteed.
