* The shot blasting volume and arrangement method are all calculated by computer mass ejection simulation. 8 impellers are distributed on the top, bottom, left and right sides to ensure that the shot blasting shot covers most of the steel surface, including the ends. * The centrifugal equivalent shot blasting system is adopted, which has the advantages of large shot blasting volume and fast shot blasting speed. * The dust removal system adopts filter backwashing. The dust collector adopts a foldable dust removal filter cartridge, which increases the dust removal area. The filter cartridge adopts nanofiber technology; the dust removal efficiency is over 99.99%, especially for dust particles with a diameter of 0.5μm. After high-efficiency filtration, the air is clean and can be recycled or discharged indoors. The pulse controller can adjust the frequency, speed and intensity of dust removal. Compared with the traditional domestic bag-type single-stage dust removal system, it has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, low running resistance, small size, light weight, and convenient replacement. Emissions comply with national emission standards.
* The pill-sand separation system adopts an advanced full curtain type, which is invented by our company after long-term research. It is especially suitable for shot blasting after blasting of steel structure. The performance has reached the level of similar products at home and abroad. This separation combines air selection and screening to separate dust, metal oxide scale fragments, crushed sand, and large particles from qualified projectiles to obtain clean steel shots.
